Adriana: Office Manager

Adriana has been loving the dental field since 1997. Her top priority is working with Dr. Gilfillan to ensure that all patient’s get the exceptional quality of dental care that they deserve. Adriana enjoys making the patient’s overall experience with financial arrangements and scheduling as simple as possible. When she is not in the office she likes to spend time with her family.


Staff - Joan - Dental Hygienist

Joan: Dental Hygienist

Joan graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science degree Dental Hygiene. She has lived in Williamsburg since 1985 and has worked in this office since 1998. Joan is dedicated to providing a comfortable and thorough experience for her patients. She loves getting to know her patients and feels the relationship helps to create a “team” effort in achieving the patient’s best oral health.                                                               Ask her about her lighthouse!

Toni: Clinical Assistant

Toni has been a Dental Assistant since 1986. She loves the relationships she has formed with the patients. Toni enjoys making their dental experience as stress free and relaxing as possible.



Staff - Jill - Dental Hygienist

Jill: Dental Hygienist

Jill has been a Registered Dental Hygienist since 1980. She received her training in Massachusetts. She has lived in Virginia since 2002. She loves hygiene and how it keeps improving. Her interactions with patients are very important to her, as well as teaching them better oral health and heart health. Working for Dr. Gilfillan and the staff has been a wonderful opportunity for Jill. She is married to Ron, an engineer. They have two sons, Jeffery and Tyler.

Staff - Theresa - Clinical Assistant

Theresa: Clinical Assistant

Teresa decided to become a Dental Assistant in 2005. She loves to help people feel comfortable when they have anything done in the office. She feels it is very important to provide genuine concern along with great quality work. Teeth are very much a part of our bodies and should be taken care of properly. Teresa believes if you take care of your oral hygiene, it will allow you to smile with pride inside and out. In her spare time she enjoys spending quality time with her two boys.
